Hi all, I recently started experimenting with low carb, my level is now around 70g a day, from 100g my fat intake I am increasing to make up for the caloric defict due to less veggies, which is not hard as days are caloric dense. I do not make weight loss a goal but would like to bulk up in muscle, no weight loss is wanted at all, that is why I track to meet calorie goals. I eat 150g of protein on average, the rest is fat. I am male 5 11 and to my estimates 140 pounds wanting to be 150 pounds. In the long run is low carb bad? Should I reserve a "carb day" once a week to load on veggies?

Really, if you wanna do a refeed or not will be a function of what type and how frequent you train. Staying low carb is a good idea for health and good body composition, but just how low is going to be individual to you. Anything under 150g/day is still low carb and you usually would not have to worry too much about refeeds in the 100-150 zone.
