Learning to Eat Low Carb -- Hunger!

I suspect that once my body adapts, fat will be much more satiating... But I just cooked 2 eggs and bacon and ended up eating 8 slices and STILL felt like I needed something - not even close to full. Unfortunately I ended up having two handfuls of chocolate chips - I think I need to go off sugar for awhile!

What else should I add to an eggs and bacon meal so I feel more full?? I don't think 8 slices of bacon a day is sustainable, nor healthful!

Thanks

YOu are missing some vegetables.  Spinach, cabbage, or broccoli are all low-carb vegetables.  You are not doing Atkins.  A lot of meat is not good.  Besides, all that bacon with its nitrates, do you really want to eat that?  If you eat bacon make sure it is the kind that won't harm your body.

Yeah, just eat a bit of fat if you're hungry.  For example take a slice of Kerrygold butter and you'll find it will stop your hunger almost instantly.
