I am just wondering what it does in your body to have that effect? And that's only saturated, right?

All fat keeps you full, not just saturated.

Fat takes a long time to break down, and it yields more energy than carbs do, so your body doesn't ask (i.e. get hungry) for more energy for a longer amount of time.
