High fat/protein/low carb liquid foods?

Hello there, i'm after some suggestions for high fat/protein/low carb liquid foods please, or food that do well liquidised in a smoothie

I'm getting removable braces fitted that you have to leave in for 20 hours per day & take out when eating, it's too much bother to snack & brush my teeth at work everyday so im going to stick to nutrient dense liquid foods until my large evening meal, i'd love some suggestions please.

For about a year I ate one meal per day (warrior diet 20/4 IF) so I know I can get enough calories in one sitting but i've also recently grown accustomed to eating during the day for stable energy levels

So far I've come up with raw eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, tablespoon of any other oil... but I can't eat raw eggs everyday (supposedly due to possible biotin deficiency), coconut milk has a bit too much sugar for my liking to have loads of it...

I guess id just like a bit more choice as for about a year i'll be only having liquid foods for most of the day

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

yeah i think soup is the best option as i can pretty much get anything i like in there, im also going to start eating breakfast rather than skipping it, which should keep me going well into the day, today is 2 cans of sardines & 1/2 can of coconut milk, yummy

Im usually on the broth daily but been slack the last couple weeks, good call though! Some broth with some tallow that usually gets in there would keep me going nicely :)

Thanks for the suggestions, I never actually make smoothies but figure I probly will start due to only having liquids during the day. I also work out mostly in the early morning and I don't think some raw eggs & coconut milk will keep me going til my large evening meal.

I like to put chia seeds in my smoothies. They add fiber and good fats.

Have you thought about some bone broth? I've never tried making my own, but that's a common topic of conversation around here. You could also blend up some cooked veggies (and maybe meat!) with the broth in the blender at home so they've got a nice smooth consistency. Reheat at work, and voila! Tasty soup!

Add some nuts, avocado, and/or coconut cream to your smoothies.

Pureed soup of any kind would help to diversify your daytime options. I like tomato soup with lots of garlic, basil, olive oil, and maybe heavy cream if you do dairy. Pureed curry made with coconut cream and chicken, lamb, beef, etc. Purred clam chowder.

Also Guacamole without the chunky veggies.

Heavy Cream - Coffee = 1/2 Coffee + 1/2 Cream + Sugar

                     Tea = 1/2 Lipton Tea + 1/2 Cream + Sugar

                     Chocolate Drink = Warm Cream + Cocoa powder + Sugar

Cream is a good fuel for your body.

be careful to much cream consumpsion will result in 5 - 20 pounds of lost weight.
