How can I get into ketosis quickly? I had very good success with Paleo/Primal back in the spring but due to life I quit eating as well as I could and would like to get back on the straight and narrow. I am the kind of person who does well with just ripping off the band-aid so to speak. I know it low to no carb and higher fat but I feel weird just eating fat. I'm not afraid of fat but can't get past eating it as the majority of my calories. How do others use fat as the majority of thier calories? Thanks!!

Go fasting or Atkins 2 weeks and use tones of coconut oil.
