Fat or no fat in your diet

Art de vant said today on a podcast that he doesn't recommend high fat!

Does anybody know the reason for this?

That would sound like a pretty toxic and boring diet. So no high fat, no high carb? I don't know about you, but I am sure as hell not spending the rest of my life eating lean chicken breast with salad.
