"Fat Foods Tax Is Repealed In Denmark"

It was repealed for economic reasons, you think it will come back in the future?

Sigamagaw, I doubt they really thought it would curb fat consumption -- it's just bureaucrats looking for "free" money. Just the same as the sin tax in the US (on tobacco and alcohol) -- There was not reduction in consumption just increase in revenue.

Let's hope other countries learn from this mistake. NYC still has the soda tax. I'm no fan of soda, but it's as usual, the nose of the camel in the tent opening with such taxes.

Ridiculous! I find it amzaing that a country who has embraced fat for so long would ever think this was a good idea.
