I was told that even though the ketostix say that I am in ketosis, someone told me that I actually may not be in ketosis and that the sticks might be registering the fat that is being burned off as the fat that is in the food I am taking in and not the fat on my hips, is that possible? I eat about 2000 to 2500 calories a day, my carbs are between 10 and 20, very low. My fat and protein breakdown is approximately 30% protein and 70% fat. I don't really know much about paleo, so I am doing this based on advice I get from here. One more question, is dairy allowed?
