Eating the hard chewy fat on meat?

Practically everytime i eat meat theres always fat that won't break up with my teeth, should this still be eaten?

I say yes but im all ears... in the past id spit it out, but now if i can i swallow it & once its down i get a nice warm feeling that what i just did was very good :)

If i get a really big bit of fat that can't be chewed or swallowed whole, ill chuck it back in the pan, crisp it up... im heavily drooling right now!

i haven't started doing bone broths yet but will definitely start soon as it sounds like great stuff

If I'm not in the mood to chew it up, I just toss it into my (perpetual) pot of bone broth. It's usually soft enough after 24-36 hours, and tastes awesome strained out with the cartilage and other connecty bits, sprinkled with sea salt and slurped down with a spoon.

I call this my "bone porridge." It's awesome.

I don't think it's bad to eat it if you like it! I don't because I firmly believe that you shouldn't force yourself to eat something you despise-- you can always find another way to get whatever benefit you're missing out on from that item, and I don't really care for those parts (although, I do like the fat on steaks at times). But as long as you like those parts and you're not going to choke on them, I don't think that it is harmful.
