I have recently discovered a love of coconut water. I drink about half a litre a day. I am looking to cut fat. it has a lot of sugar. Should I be drinking as much or it at all?? I generally bring a carton to crossfit to drink during and post workout.

Most of the coconut waters I have found have way too much sugar in them. IMO.
