Ok so I have been doing crossfit for about three months now and I'm really trying to slim down. All my fat is in my upper body and I really want to get rid of it.Can you guys please suggest a food regimine for me. I go to crossfit three times a week and go hiking once a week. I have been told to use the progenex recovery protien after workouts. Please help I really want to slim down on fat and build muscle. Thanks
