Running a leangains type program, getting either 20/80% or 100% around the workout with the use of BCAA.
Simply want to know if having 15g of coconut cream with my coffee will harm the idea of the fast? From what I have read the fat should not interfere with any autophagy and might even signal fat burning to the body?

A serving of coconut cream is going to be 50+ calories. It will be mostly fat, but also contain a small amount of carbohydrate and protein. For someone strictly for a zero calorie fast, it definitely negates. However, like almost all of my responses on fasting, if the benefits are to just "rest and digest" and really train your body to burn fat, this isn't going to really hurt you at all.
It all goes back to why you are fasting...

This is from Martin himself on the question about cream and coffee. quote "No calories are to be ingested during the fasted phase, though coffee, calorie free sweeteners, diet soda and sugar free gum are ok (even though they might contain trace amount of calories). A tiny splash of milk in your coffee won’t affect anything either (½-1 teaspoon of milk per cup at the most - use sparingly and sensibly if you drink a lot of coffee). Neither will sugar free gum in moderation (~20 g)."
