Animal Cuts fat burner cycle

do you think it would be safe to take a fat burner (Animal Cuts) while doing the insanity workout, or is that overkill? and the reason for taking a fat burner is because i want to shed that last 4-5 pounds of BF, other then that i eat a very clean diet and i have hit a plateau in fatloss

If I tell you what to eat for a week to cut those last couple percentages, would you follow it?

Also, maybe you could try a cleans/detox week. I do this 1x per year and before summer starts (in the midst of mine right now, lol). For the first day, eat just non starchy vegetables at 8AM, 12PM, 4PM, and 8PM. On days 2-4, add in 4oz protein (lean beef, salmon, chicken, turkey, fish) at the 8AM and 8PM meals. On days 5-7, along with the vegetables, eat protein at 8AM,12PM,8PM, and 4PM optionally. I so want you to get ripped without the use of crap supplements cause you seem like you're trying so hard.

Have you looked at the meal plans in the "elite nutrition" booklet that comes with the Insanity DVDs? They aren't 100% paleo, but they look very well put together to me. If you're okay with gluten, where they have wraps and bread you could switch that to sprouted grain versions (like Ezekiel, or Alvarado St Bakery). I don't care that it's not paleo, if I wanted to get cut up nicely, I'd follow one of those plans because they're straight forward, calorie controlled, well balanced, and geared solely towards working well at cutting fat alongside the Insanity workouts.

yeah im still thinking about it, one of my buds lost some weight while on it, not significantly, but he did reduce his BF, and he didnt eat 100% clean either

I personally do not take fat burners and don't want to risk it, but I have several friends who use fat burners, most of them girls, and they take them more for the energy to workout while dieting than anything else. I think coffee serves the same purpose, or a pre workout supplement. the first three ingredients are caffeine, kola nut, and yerba mate- all stimulants. Most LEGAL fat burners are just speed that will get you working out more/harder, so you'll end up losing fat and thinking it was the pill, when really it was just the sh** load of caffeine. I would hold out a little longer and maybe try a new strategy. Maybe add some resistance training 3 days a week?

I have been doing both for about three day with no side effects or any problems but ill keep you pondered just invade I can even post my results if that would help
