For leaning out purposes, why is it better to keep heartrate at65-75%' rather than higher for the duration of cardio? If you aren't consuming carbs won't it be fat that is burned anyway? Thanks peeps:)

It's all BS, IMHO. Do high intensity intervals and get the best of both worlds.
