Fat loss paleo meal plan for women that's not too low carb?!

I know paleo eating is suppose to be free-form, but I'm one of those weirdos that likes meal plans, takes the guess work out of things for me!!

Anyways, anyone know of any good fat-loss female eating plans arn't crazy low carb?! I've admittedly done the low carb thing before and it totally doesn't jive for me. I completely bonk, get grumpy, and want to eat all the H??agen-Dazs in the entire world when in a keto-state. ** Not talking about just a week or two of keto, but more long term diets that I've tried. Where my body did get into that "adapted state". Simply found I couldn't be my happy, bubbly, fun self eating like that. **

Thanks in advance for any helpful tips for links!! :)

First, I'd like to say that there's a period of a few weeks in which you're still adapting to the keto diet. You'll feel like poop during that time-period.

However, if you want meal plans and the option of having more carbs, check out Practical Paleo by Dianne Sanfilippo. http://www.amazon.com/Practical-Paleo-Customized-Whole-Foods-Lifestyle/dp/1936608758

She has different meal plans for different approaches of paleo. The book is fantastic and has lots of delicious recipes, including desserts.
