Should I continue water fasting after eating accidentally something small or it doesn't make any sense?

Hi everybody,

I have a question - I do water fasting once a week (~ 34-36 hours). I accidentally ate something small today (literally just 1 cherry). I was right at its middle (after 18hrs). My question is now: does it make any sense to continue fasting? Or I should just forget about it and start eating? I know there is a surge of HGH after 24 hours of fasting, so I suppose that won't happen anymore... :-( Any opinions about this???

Thank you!

Weekly water fasting for 36 hours doesn't make any sense. Go eat.

My understanding (from reading leangains) is less than 50 calories and you are still fasting. But I do not know about benefits after 24 hours, and etc so not addressing any of that.
