I have a question - I do water fasting once a week (~ 34-36 hours). I accidentally ate something small today (literally just 1 cherry). I was right at its middle (after 18hrs). My question is now: does it make any sense to continue fasting? Or I should just forget about it and start eating? I know there is a surge of HGH after 24 hours of fasting, so I suppose that won't happen anymore... :-( Any opinions about this???

Weekly water fasting for 36 hours doesn't make any sense. Go eat.
