Often I feel sluggish, unfocused, and sleepy. I've noticed that if I fast for a long enough time, I suddenly clear up! Do other people have this same experience with fasting? The more and more I'm Paleo, it seems the longer I can go without any food/drink and I'm not losing any weight.

When I eat breakfast, my morning and afternoon is shot. I won't get anything done.
Breakfast, or a big lunch, makes me so slow and lazy! All that wonderful energy I have when I'm fasted just drains right outta me. I won't go to the office, I won't fulfill any of my responsibilities, all I wanna do is laze around.
I much prefer IF in the morning, and I do it just about daily, it's become somewhat of a habit for me. I don't even notice I'm doing it, and more often than not I'll only eat 1 or 2 meals a night with a few light snacks later in the day.
EDIT: Oh yeah. I lift MUCH better fasted. I have more stamina and strength, plus I get to reward myself after the gym with a giant meal slathered in butter, tallow, ghee, cream, etc...
