How long glucagon stay in muscles?

Please help me to understand.

i'am planning to try 6 days very low/zero carb+1 day 80-100 grams carbs from fruits dairy and nuts.if am fasting every day at least 16 hours,will i have any glucagon in muscles after night fasting or not,and if i have how long my body will use it?or it's not enough carbs and i will go back to ketosis very fast? and what kind of workout should i do next day?is long walking/jogging sounds good?

If you're eating enough food / nutrients and able to adapt, you should be good to go. Walking / jogging should be a breeze without too much effect on glycogen. Walking / jogging in a zone 1 heart rate while in ketosis is just about all fat-burning.
