I've been intermittent fasting for a few months now and I am feeling great.
But sometimes when I work out two days in a row, I find myself a bit more tired than I should.
My fasting routine consists on skipping breakfast and not eating until lunch, which is normally around 2-2:30 p.m. So I fast around 16h and eat around 8h.
I don't train fasted, since I train in the afternoon, and after working out I usually have a protein shake and then a big PWO meal.
Should I eat on the next morning in order to recover for next day's work out? Or just with lunch and maybe a snack before training will I have enough?
