Do you think electrolyte water works?

I'm fasting and would like to ensure that my electrolyte levels don't drop too much. I see brands like smartwater claiming to be infused with electrolytes- do you think these would actually work to replenish/maintain levels?

thanks!

Bill? Stop fasting. Eat good food. You might get SIBO if you fast and your life will never be the same.

Maybe - but you can make your own electrolyte water or buy powders to mix as you need them. I'm on a long vacation in Bangkok and find I need to have them every now and again. They will usually have a small amount of glucose in them (a few grams in my experience so nothing to get too excited about IMO).
