Digestion diverts both energy and blood to the stomach and intestines. I'd hazard that you're getting cold because your blood is rushing to the stomach; I have the same thing after I eat, though it lasts just a few minutes. As for low energy, it may be the same thing, especially if you're breaking the fast with a particularly large meal. Your body will feel a bit sluggish if it's working to process a whole bunch of food just introduced to the system.

What ere you breaking your fast with? It could just be the food, and not necessarily the fast and the breaking there of.

You might consume too little calories. I had the same issue when I was 3 months into my new paleo-lifestyle. I then upped my caloric intake and I started to have fun.
