I've been sitting at 24.2% body fat for a little while, goal is 23.5% (definitely realistic goal, that's not an issue)
Wondering if women have had more success with a 16-18hr IF, or if they've benefited from a carb load?
I'm normally in ketosis so an IF probably wouldn't be as bad for me as I've heard it can be for some females according to some studies (I have to wonder if they running these tests on paleo women, or everyday women? Big difference).
Any personal experience/recommendations re: women on IF vs carb-load would be appreciated. I have tried neither.

Are you a heavy duty weight lifter? No? Then check out the Lean Gains site. I believe he recommends 14 hour IF for women.
Carb loading is not going to do much for you (unless you've driven your metabolism to the ground already with too few calories).

I'm female, 40+, not super active, and I starting doing the 14-16 hour IF most days since March or so. I think it's working pretty well. I've dropped some fat, probably 1-2%, but I've never formally measured. I just go by my waistline. It works better when I'm doing HIIT a couple days per week. Right now, since it's so dang hot in Central TX, I only walk 4-5 days per week but stopped HIIT.
