ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) While Fasting?

Answered on April 26, 2014

I typically do a 20 hour fast 2-3 times/week...would ingesting an ACV drink (ACV, warm water, lemon, cayenne) effect any benefits of fasting?

I know it has 0 calories, however I try to avoid most things beyond water/tea to allow my digestion to rest. I have also heard that ACV can be beneficial during a fast to cleanse the body.

Thanks!

I have seen some of the evidences for Organic Apple Cider fast that really helps in weight loss.Apple Cider Vinegar has being considered as one of the excellent remedies for Weight loss.Apple cider vinegar's many other health benefits include its use as a supplement in an alkalizing diet, to cure food poisoning, in controlling acid reflux, and to moderate blood sugar levels.

I also do IF several times per week. I'm not familiar with what ACV is, but I do love to do lemon water (I have it every single morning first thing). I also use bulletproof fasting sometimes and have had good results.
