Can I use Keens mustard powder in cooking occasionaly. I don't like the taste of most other currys Also I started up at the gym again 7 weeks ago and attend 2 hrs. My pre workout feed is usually my breakfast. I eat mostly 1/2 a canteloup and 2 eggs poached or leftover meat and sweetpotato.

What are the ingredients? Why do you think you wouldn't be able to use it?

Check the ingredients list. If it has items on it you don't recognise, then you're better off finding a mustard powder that doesn't. It's funny how you can buy mixed dried herbs which you think would be just a couple herbs mixed together (since you can buy them individually in their pure form) but noooo... they have to go in and add other bloody preservatives and flavourings. The same goes for things like mustard and curry powders.
