Hack my blue circular vein around my eyes and darkness on the upper eye lid

Hello

Both of my eyes have darkness on the upper eyelid and a blue circular vein that starts from the tear ducts, goes under my eyes and up to above my eyelids right underneath the eyebrow.

I've had this problem for years and it's wrecking my brain out. It gets worse If i fall alseep late or get <8 hours sleep.

People just say i've got thin skin around my eyes so the veins can be seen more easily, but it still irritates me alot and maybe there is some hidden cause to this that could be diet/health related.

Thanks in advance :)

hm! I will do! I think i'm fine for selenium. I eat organic eggs often and + chicken's are given natural supplements so the omega three and selenium is more than the standard egg. But Iodine im not quite sure... i think I need to be eating kelp or? but I do know that when I use salt for cooking I used Iodized salt, but I don't use it that much so i'm not sure if that'll make a difference to me . I'm lucky to live 3 minutes walk from a health food shop so I'll check it out later today ;D Thankyou!

With no support beyond armchair hypothesizing, have you got your Selenium and Iodine levels in check? Without any leads, that would seem to be a decent starting point. Also consider something like Holy Basil or Seriphos in the evening, post workout or around supper time.

Hope someone has better advice! Poke aroud pubmed.
