Every morning I get up and sit on the loo. I can't eat I just feel sick.
I've got IBS and finding it very hard to control.
I've lost a lot of weight in the last few months and am struggling to put it back on.
My boyfriend stresses me out a lot and when Im stressed I don't get hungry.
Not much food is appealing to me anymore.
I find it very hard to get into a good routine to eat properly!
If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
