Lately after eating I've been getting a headache, mostly on the right side of the top of my head. I feel it is more often after exercise (cardio boxing or bodypump/ weights in the gym) and even the next day after exercise I feel really sluggish, brainfog/headachey/in a daze.
I feel like this regardless of what I eat eg high carb meal, low carb, lots of fat, little fat etc. I feel good again during my next workout and then I feel like shit again after I eat! Does this happen to anyone else? I've had it before but it comes and goes and really annoys me.
