I'm 39, male, and when I've had access to weight machines I've usually been able to lift the stack.
Now, under slightly different circumstances, I have a pair of 25lb dumbells available to me during the day (one hand could hold both at once to curl or whatnot).
What can I do best with a pair of 25lb dumbells?

If all you have is light weights, HIIT style crossfit focusing on getting in as many reps in a period of time is the best you can do
