James Bond themed crossfit?

I admit I am indulging in the bond marathon, but I was wondering if anyone offered spy/assassination/secret agent themed crossfit workouts with beginner levels... which I know sounds pretty specialized, but I thought it might tickle someone else's fancy too.

That is awesome but I am not in anything like that kind of shape.

Parkour is featured prominently in the beginning of Casino Royale, seems like a fun, paleo-ish workout.

I've been playing Assassin's Creed, which is my current stealth/fighting/parkour inspiration, so climbing buildings is definitely a motivating factor. :)

Karate sounds like a much more promising starting point then roller skating :) You could do a progression based on the movies since the athletes seem to get more intense over the course of the series... but climbing a building in vegas looked like it was an awesome workout :)

Oh good, I'm not the only person to consider that after watching a Bond movie (in particular the Daniel Craig movies). The Bourne movies do it to me, too.

Already being a martial artist (karate), I've thought about adding CrossFit, MovNat, Parkour, and maybe even ninjitsu to the mix. Sort of creating my own secret agent workout.

DC has its on Parkour gym Primal Fitness. They also do crossfit and jujitsu. So it could be an all-in-one Bond/Bourne training. for DC locals. I think they are working on gyms in other towns too.

Check out brass ring fitness and their "full Mission Profile". These guys train operators, so I'd say these are pretty close to what you are looking for if the hero WODs aren't enough.
