Im new to this, does Triple Strength Fish Oil omega-3 helps you gain weight ?

I'm in the gym every day trying to build muscle with Muscle milk which is going great. I also was told that the fish oil omega-3 is good for your skin hair and nails as well which is a plus, and gaining weight is a plus for me but only in the right places:). I need info,Thx.

9 calories for every 1000 mg -- not likely to help with weight gain. Also you are probably on the wrong site. Try this one: http://fitness.stackexchange.com/

a) Muscle Milk is not paleo

b) Fish Oil has been shown to help build muscle (and muscle adds weight, so I suppose it indirectly helps you gain weight)
