Ok, so by accident I started the paleo lifestyle about 2 months For the first month everything was fantastic. In the beginning I was only maybe 70/30 paleo. I lost almost 15pounds in 3 weeks. My energy rose thru the roof, my libido was in full force. Moods were stable. Now I am 100 paleo and exercising daily for almost a month . Haven't changed in my body, or lost weight. My libido is shot, I have major moods swings. My energy is stable but not high. What could be going on? Any ideas? Please help.

For more energy, eat more + sleep more + rest more.
If you are doing a lot of glycogen depleting exercises, add more carbs to your diet.
If you are working out 5 days a week and not allowing your body to recover, work out 4 days a week and throw in an active recovery day.
If you are getting less that 7-8 hours of sleep, go to bed earlier.
