Hi guys,

I just want your advice

I want to start a youtube channel in which i can do 2/3 minute videos on the latest research - all paleo friendly...eg..the latest research on herbs us paleos use, on fructose and also just interesting stuff related to weight loss, skin, mood health...but it will ALL be evidenced based and only from studies on pubmed

What do you guys think? What would you be interested in learning more about?

Adam

+1 for this statement: "I want to see bacon used in unnecessary and possibly, disturbing ways that make me throw out my own cookware because I didn’t think of this disturbing use of bacon first." ha ha.

TruthinessInc hit the nail on the head with this one. Ask yourself what your channel is going to provide that other Paleo news sources (blogs, mainly) don't already. Will it reach a new audience? Will it provide new information? Will it provide a new perspective? If it won't do one of those three, it's probably not worth spending your time on.

Do you have any great secrets to FAST 6 packs abs? Not sure if you've noticed but that guy will dominate the Comments section of your YT vids

I would love to see Paleo/ Keto Kitchens from the nuts and bolts such as - the spatula you find awesome, to your cookware and time saving devices. Your tips and tricks on preparing cuts of meat and vegetable prep...I want to see inside Paleo fridges/ pantries... preps of how you've turned your fridge/ pantry into a Kefir factory or how your cupboards are filled with rare and secretive hobo spices.

I want to see bacon used in unnecessary and possibly, disturbing ways that make me throw out my own cookware because I didn???t think of this disturbing use of bacon first.

In conclusion...pushing the Paleo envelope...and never stop.

Truth.

please do make a channel. my god mother has just been diagnosed with a few things that are long words that mean she gets inflammation from eating certain foods and can only have a paleo diet. I'm researching sites and youtube videos with lots of good recipes for her but most channels that show up are mixed paleo/regular foods or not regularly updated. :(
