Is there any good list of where these Xenoestrogens mostly come from so we know what to avoid the most? Is this real or just hype?

The most common one you want to avoid is all plastics used for packaging, casing, storage and many other things, plastics are the most common reason for infertility these days. Check out the documentary on youtube for free http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzEQ1FxC0fs

Also because it may be hard to eliminate plastics from your life completely eating cruciferous vegetables will help protect you from all xenoestrogens.
