Proteolytic enzymes?

Anyone know anything about this formula? They also sell a digestive enzyme formula to be taken with meals, but they also have the 'proteolytic enzyme' formula I linked to first, which is supposed to be taken between meals.

The digestive enzymes are supposed to help digestive the food in your stomach and through your digestive system, and the proteolytic enzymes are supposed to deal with undigested food particles that escaped through your gut lining, and all sorts of other things such as scar tissue, inflammation, etc.

I'm not really sure how this is supposed to work or whether it'd be useful to use. At the very least I'm just wondering what the difference is between these two sets of enzymes. He says you could take the proteolytic enzymes with meals and they'd help digest, or the digestive enzymes between meals and they'd do the other thing, but that each of the two formulas are more specialized for one purpose and less for the other.

Any ideas? Do other companies sell similar formulas to be taken between meals? Any thoughts on this formula?

Thanks.
