5 weeks on keto-paleo, after a fatty meal my heart races...

I'm writing to discern if it's normal for my heart to do this. I've bought ketosis sticks and pee on them frequently, and have been in ketosis for about five weeks now. 

My energy level is more or less constant throughout the day, but if I eat a particularly fatty meal for about a half hour I feel uncontrollable urges to jump out of my seat, and start running down the street. My heart begins to race, but then subsides pretty quickly. 

I was concerned so I went to my doctor and had a full blood work up done, and he said everything was normal but my blood pressure was a little low. Aside from that, he had no idea what was going on with my energy spikes. 


I'm curious if anybody else has experienced these kinds of head/heart rushes while in ketosis.

This seems odd because unlike carbs that the body breaks down quickly and uses for cheap energy, fat usually takes longer to break down and gives more energy (sustainable). What are you eating that is so "fatty" that has no carbs or protein? Any supplements and what are you cooking with (oils)?

Thanks for the answer. It's pretty much anything, but in particular when I eat something like a no-bun bacon hamburger from a fast food restaurant I notice it the most, or if I cook ground beef in coconut oil.
