Anybody have any good recipes, preferable engery dense?
I currently use: coconut flakes, coconut oil, cocoa, hazelnuts, walnuts, honey, butter (mainly GF), some eggs etc.
I have been looking for a good protein source to add in it, preferably not any dairy as it triggers acne on my back.

I but dates in my magic bullet & make a clay ball out of it. I've rolled thae ball around on some grounded almonds,pumpkin seeds, bcaa,cocoa,or whey. Very easy & tons of sugar for a long training day.
