Elimination Diet Plan

About half a year ago I came across this very thorough PDF outlining an elimination diet. The first month or so was just like 5-10 foods (broccoli, chicken, I think, etc.). Then there was a plan for foods to reintroduce listing the foods in order. I want to find something like this again as I want to actually attempt this. Paid or free, does anybody know of something like this out there?

I'm more than a little skeptical unless there's something specific you want to accomplish.

Pick one… none are likely going to be problematic.

Thanks for the responses. This PDF though had lots of really specific details on like... LOTS of foods. For instance, if I wanted to start my elimination diet with just one type of meat, what is the least likely I would have a reaction to. Pork, beef, chicken, or fish.

I think eliminating the main neolithic no nos like trans-fats, high omega 6 oils, wheat, refined sugars, can be enough, it's simple, a few foods you can not eat and lots of foods left that you can eat. If you want to narrow it down even more then dairy, egg whites, nightshades, high FODMOPS, are all also potentially problematic, so i've heard.

I'm interested to see the other replies to this question, i found that when i stay strict paleo, low carb, don't eat takeaways, then any issues of dietary cause go away. Yet i still think narrowing down a few staples that you find very agreeable on all levels is a good thing to do.
