This is an obvious , but important rule . If you are losing more than a handful of training sessions each year something has to change . Maybe you're just trying to go to the gym most days each week using permitted its realistic agenda. If so , you can drop a training day or two a week and use a less demanding schedule . Remember that the results come from weight progression over time. You do not have to live in the gym to achieve your goals. Do whatever is necessary to maintain consistency .
Choose a program and stick to the program. Make sure your current program fits your lifestyle. If work or school is kicking ass and you're short on time, there is no point trying to train 5-6 times a week for 90 minutes each.
