Pastured Eggs in the Boulder/Denver area?

Hi guys, I just moved to Boulder and I'm in need of some pastured eggs. I usually eat around 4 eggs a day with breakfast, but I haven't been able to find any pastured eggs, not at the farmer's market, definitely not at the grocery store (it's always just "natural" eggs, aka organic corn & soy feed). Does anyone here living in the Boulder/Denver area have a source for pastured eggs?

Your local Whole Foods should have local free range eggs. The farm will have their name on the carton. You can buy from them directly.

Wha, almost $7 a dozen. Might need to think up some new breakfasts! I'm spoiled, used to live in northern VT where I got pastured eggs for $3.

I'd looked there before, checked out all the farms within driving distance, plenty of GF beef and some raw milk but I couldn't find any pastured eggs.

...we have an informal monthly paleo potluck club in the Boulder area. Our next meeting is in Louisville. Good food and company and we share our recipes and experience with Paleo. There is a member who is also a nutritionist. Feel free to check out our facebook group page to look at recipes or ask any of us for suggestions etc. https://www.facebook.com/groups/PaleoPot/

To find free range eggs and grass fed beef in your area try a site called eat wild at: http://www.eatwild.com/ Your source for safe, healthy, natural and nutritious grass-fed beef, lamb, goats, bison, poultry, dairy...and other wild edibles. Good luck.

Whole Foods usually has Grant Family Farm pastured eggs, which are also local. By far the tastiest eggs I've found there.

You might check the Weston Price chapter in your area. They can tell you the resources for eggs, raw milk, and grass fed meats. http://www.westonaprice.org/local-chapters/find-a-local-chapter

Whole Foods and Alfalfa's both have them, be prepared to pay at least $5/dozen though.
