my partner is currently weight training and he can eat 30 eggs a week in various ways; scrambled, boiled, poached, fried and sometimes has omelettes? what can eating 30 eggs a week do to his health?

Is this the same as the anti-seed mentality around here? Maybe those pepitas I sprinkled on my salad last month are responsible for the vine growing out of my bellybutton...

Oops, I see now that consumption was at 30 eggs / week. Well, we'll be able to push the timeline for probably chicken hatching back to at least six months then. Might be able to downgrade from omelets to hard boiled too.

Chickens will hatch in his stomach.

It's just pure probability, the more eggs you eat the more likely the chance that one of those eggs will grow into a chicken. If there is only a 1% chance of this happening, then it could feasibly happen within several months of 30 eggs/day consumption.

Probably safer to make omelets then.

It could make his health AWESOME.

No, seriously - what are you concerned about? The cholesterol? You must not have been around here too much then :)

He could develop an allergy to the whites. I accidentally did that. so it might be a good idea to switch it up a few days a week and just eat the yolks.

I aspire to consume the quantity of eggs he is consuming. Time limited right now, but I'm quitting my job soon and will have more time to eat eggs like a beast.

My total cholesterol dropped 30 points after I switched to eating a flat of eggs a week (2 to as many as 9 a day), if you want numbers.

Great source of proteins and nutrients. Just make sure to eat the nutrient-packed yolks too, not just the mucous that is the egg whites.

It is my experience to have a super great blood profile. I was recently was tested for life insurance, with blood pressure, wt & ht, urine and blood tests. I am "super preferred" in their rate category, only 3% get this high rating, and I am 45!. My daughter eats more eggs than I do. She is taller & stronger plus a straight "A" student.

I vary from 4 or 5 to a dozen per day also. My wife has voiced that it might not be good for me, but we have not figured out how yet.

It's generally written off, but I have read about the possibility of oxidized PUFAs when you cook the yolk (the inside of it, so scrambled eggs, omelets, any time the yolk is broken and cooked). Generally written off for the health benefits of eggs and the fact that most people eat them in moderation, so maybe worth looking into.
