Eggs every single morning , is that a bad idea ?

Hope all is well with everyone .

My Question : as eggs are so quick and conveniant to make i've started having them for breakfast every morning , id like to know is it a bad idea having them every single day ? not because they're eggs but because ive heard people go over the importance of rotation and how your body can get really fed up of the same things . Id like to know peoples thoughts as breakfast is important but when your busy its hard to find the time to prepare anything else ,

Does anyone have eggs everyday/morning ? is it a good idea ? Any other quick breakfast recipes ?

Thanks...

Before I went paleo I ate porridge every morning, now I eat eggs. We tend to be creatures of habit first thing in the morning.

I've eaten eggs almost every morning for the past three years and have yet to develop any sort of intolerance. So take my personal story for what you will. Give it a try; I love eggs and have yet to get sick of them.

As Knarf mentioned, make sure to buy pastured, locally-sourced eggs. During the winter months, if you live somewhere with a cool climate, pastured, locally-sourced eggs will be nearly impossible to come by.

You could develop a potential allergy, just because you're exposed to the same nutrient and toxin load.

It's a good idea, and it's not a good idea, based on how you feel. If you feel awesome and can kick ass, I'd say ride that donkey until something happens that makes you feel off or less great about it.

If you continue to eat eggs every morning, make sure they're sourced properly; pastured, local eggs would be higher in nutrient density vs. regular supermarket eggs.

They are very high in Methionine so I wouldn't go too crazy on them. All good things in moderation.

I'd be more worried about the cortisol surge it takes to actually worry about eggs:) It only becomes too much when you tire of it.Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs Yum! Cook them with different fats, truffle salts and spices. Its one of the worlds perfect food, filled with essential nutrients, especially B12:) Don't forget the bacon, or your eggs will be lonely:)
