Hi, I am very sensitive/allergic to egg whites, but can eat the yolk without a problem.
Does the shell which surrounds the yolk contain any of the same proteins that are in the whites which cause digestive issues? Was wondering if I would be better off breaking each yolk and tossing out the shell which surrounds it.
