Hello, I just started the diet for overall health and weightloss. A couple years ago I became allergic to egg whites. They give me severe flu like symtoms to spare you the details. Egg yolks are ok. I am really struggling with breakfast. I'm looking for some quick breakfast suggestions. I tried scrambled yolks but didn't care for them.
