Could eggs be causing skin rashes?

I have these really bad rashes on my arms, could eggs be a contributor?

Would it make sense if eggs were contributing to increased intestinal permeability and resulting in an autoimmune response in my skin?

Same here. What a shame, eggs are cheap, tasty, and nutritious.

Yes. I have an eczema rash on my back that flares up when I eat eggs or cheese. I ran a food allergy test and both eggs and cheese were the highest allergic foods for my body. I took a week off of eggs and the rash severely improved. This is proof for myself that eggs, or any food that you are allergic to, can cause skin problems.

Alas, my love for eggs outweighs these results. 3 weeks is the most I've gone without eggs and man I missed them!

Eggs give me acne on my cheeks. Sucks. I dont eat them anymore cuz I rather be pretty and I feel if a food creates a demonstratively negative effect it's not good.it applies to yolks too.

For me, egg whites cause an itchy, bloody rash on my cheeks and eyelids. The yolks don't cause any such issue.

Try different brands/grades. I find some effect my skin, others do not. Eggs are so great it's really worth experimenting.
