I have dry skin, dry mouth (even at 6 cups of water/day) and joint pain (knee, ankle, and some fingers), and constipation.

25 yo female, 5'1, 125lbs

I eat plain yogurt (2 cups a day), greens, potatoes (1-2 a day), fish (4-5 days a week), some eggs (4 eggs a week). Occasionaly drink bone broth (maybe once a month), and kimchi (3 times a month). I started eating more fruit (1 banana a day) last week. Currently taking magnesium citrate (500mg a day) for constipation.

Seeking advice!

Thanks.

love the last answer. For dry skin I apply cocunut oil topically. Just plain oil them get in my bath robe or pajamas and give it time to soak in.

Can try beets for constipation. Always work well in my house

My skin is dry now from the Winter weather and indoor heat. Nothing much you can do if that is your situation. Joint pain possibly from potato nightshades? If potatoes are a problem try eating some plantain flour or other starch in liquid like kefir for resistant starch which should help you with constipation. Do some reading on Resistant starch, works great for me. I take 2-3 tablespoons a day of potato starch.
