I have been using Greek dressing from zoes kitchen a lot lately. The ingredients are olive oil blend red wine vinegar salt and spices. Thanks in advance.

No, the "olive oil blend" is 25% olive oil and 75% canola oil. Canola oil is obviously not paleo so I'd say you should avoid the dressing! Also, the "spices" are a pre-packaged mix that have a pretty lengthy list of ingredients. While it doesn't have MSG, I wouldn't trust it. If you want to just avoid the oil and still enjoy the spice mix, you can buy a canister of the mix for like $4 from the cashier. Just mix it with olive oil at home, or ask them to give you olive oil only on the side if you're dining in; they have EVOO in the back and can easily give you some.
