And does taking LDN interfere with the leptin reset diet? What causes high SHBG? Dr. Kruse said it was my poor body comp, but what he didn't know is that I don't have poor body comp, my tummy is flat as a board! But I take T3 only, so wouldn't that cause high SHBG? And has anyone found that when they eat more fat they lose more weight? Or do most people find they need to count calories? I eat a paleo diet and I do eat dairy but some say not to, but why is it bad? I only eat raw not pasteurized.

Woah that's a lot of questions, I'll just address the one about eating fat and weight loss.
One thing that happens when you eat fat and protein is you feel more satiated (due to increased satiety hormones like PYY). On the other hand, carbs raise a hormone called NPY, which stimulates appetite. So by going lower carb I think people will naturally eat less and the calories should take care of themselves.
