How can I find a paleo doctor in Los Angeles?

Is that even possible? Not sure if there's a list for "paleo doctors" out there, but eh shrug I thought I'd ask. My last doctor (who WILL be switched) is absolutely clueless. A year since our last check-up, I've gained lots of muscle and lost BF; when I walked in she gave me all sorts of compliments but then checked the scale and said, "Oh. You've ONLY lost 5 lbs, hmm. I thought it'd be more?" When I explained to her that I've put on muscle she kind of rolled her eyes like, "Oh, so you think it's muscle?"

LOL.

Though hilarious as well as irritating, the fact is I want to feel comfortable in my doctors office, and I feel that she (and maybe other mainstream physicians) just aren't listening to me correctly, and doubting everything I do, yet my results and tests and bloodwork say otherwise.

Any suggestions?
