I'm sorry in advance, I know this has been asked before, but I've been reading posts for hours and I'M TIRED so please excuse me!!
Background: I've been trying the Paleo thing for three days now, in part because I'd like to lose weight and was promised feeling fuller on this, but in part for general health purposes. Not that I was feeling bad, but hey I'm bored and it sounds healthier than what I was doing, so might as well see what happens.
Question: Everyone seems to say I should be eating a lot more fat than I am. I entered my food in a tracker the last two days out of curiosity and the average is about 57/28/15 (protein/fat/carbs. Now, I'm not afraid of fat. Enough people stand behind it that look great that I get it. But I don't like fatty foods- fatty meats in particular, but also butter (which I know isn't really Paleo anyway). I feel like I've been crushing some avocado, eggs, and nuts, but still doesn't look like enough. I honestly don't prefer to eat more fat. Will this be bad for me?
