Has anyone else experienced low blood sugar symptoms while fighting the common cold and eating Paleo?

I have been Paleo for about a year and a half. I have not had a serious cold during that time. Lazy week I had to travel by plane to attend a conference where I was waking up early and staying up late for five days. In that context I contracted a serious cold. Since I have returned home I have been eating well and getting extra sleep, but I have been experiencing unusual dizziness. It felt like low blood sugar, which I have not experienced since going Paleo. I ate a little honey, and the dizziness has almost totally passed. Has anyone else experienced this low blood sugar sensation while having a bad cold? Any suggestions as to why this might occur? I really don't want to eat sugars, but I did feel better. Weird? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have, after years of eating a lowcarb diet I started to get chronic fatigue, I recommend you to buy some grapes and if your dizziness comes back eat a few of them, if after eating them you feel better then start having some fruit on your diet.
